Rates

$140 per 55-minute session.

Insurance

I am currently in network for the following insurance plans:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO
• Blue Choice PPO
• Traditional or Basic Blue
• CIGNA PPO
• United Health Care PPO

Out-of-network plans may be accepted depending on the plan, or I can provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. We can discuss this during our initial phone consultation to review your options.

Please be aware that services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully with your carrier by asking the following questions: 

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Sliding Scale/Reduced Fee

As low as $90 per session depending on the financial situation.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
